Newcrest is delighted to announce that last night (16.8.17) it was granted reserved matters planning consent for the first commercial elements of the exciting Ebbsfleet Garden City. The plans include approximately 10,000 sq ft of retail (A1,A2,A3,A5). One unit will accommodate a market leading convenience store operator and the others will comprise smaller premises for non-food retail, small businesses, a café and takeaway uses to provide services to local residents.
Consent is also granted for 10 townhouses, 46 bespoke apartments (37 two bed and 9 one bed). We will now seek to start on site as soon as possible this year and are looking forward to being involved with one of the country’s most forward thinking, fast moving new residential settlements.
