Duncan qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1986. He formed and ran Fuller Peiser‘s (now BNP Paribas Real Estate) City agency department in 1987 before moving to run Edward Erdman’s (now Colliers CRE) City office in 1988. In 1990 Duncan formed his own surveying practice – Masons Property Advisers, aged 27 – and subsequently founded a number of other successful property companies. Duncan resigned from all previous positions in 2011 to focus on Newcrest.
James spent three years from 1999 as a Client Adviser at UBS Wealth Management. In 2003 he completed his MA in Property Valuation and Law at CASS Business School, before joining Quadrant Estates. James left Quadrant and co-founded Newcrest in 2011.
Quinton qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1996 and holds an MSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading. He has held various positions in the property industry, including: Assistant Director at ABN Amro Real Estate Corporate Finance, Special Projects Manager at Unibail SA in Paris, and Deputy CEO of the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA). Prior to forming Newcrest, Quinton was Managing Director of both Corporate Development and Fund Management of Grainger plc, a UK listed property company.
Adam completed a BSc (Hons) Real Estate Management degree in 2010 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) in 2013. He previously worked with Rapleys and Capital Retail, where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of retail property for a range of clients, ultimately advising on retail development schemes prior to joining Newcrest in 2013.
Tina is Newcrest’s Financial Controller and is a Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers. She previously worked at Deloitte, but joined the company’s directors in 2004 and has been with Newcrest since its formation.
James Originally qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Earth Sciences and subsequently received a PG Dip in Minerals Surveying. Having worked in the Minerals and Waste Industry for 5 years, primarily as an Estates Surveyor, James then moved onto Renewables and subsequently Retail Acquisitions for Sainsbury’s. James was responsible for the acquisition and delivery of convenience stores and supermarkets alongside an active disposals agenda across East Anglia, East Midlands and Yorkshire prior to joining Newcrest in 2017.
