Newcrest is currently on site at Castle Hill building 10,000 square feet of ground floor retail together with 46 shared ownership apartments and ten townhouses all due for completion ahead of Christmas 2019.

Following successful funding and a pre-sale of the apartments to Clarion, Co-op have agreed to take the first of the five retail units in the village centre in Eastern Quarry with the remainder set to be marketed in the coming months.

Ebbsfleet Garden City now has more than 1,300 completed homes, a new primary school, pub and hotel.

Plans for a second pub and hotel are due to be submitted early this year and plans are being drawn up for a £55million primary and secondary school campus in Eastern Quarry.
